Consumers must immediately notify Live101 at
info@live101.in of any changes to a booking, including cancellations. Before notifying the artist, a client must notify Live101 via email, WhatsApp, phone call, or any other official channel if they must cancel. Notifying an artist is not a legal form of cancellation. All communications pertaining to cancellations must go through Live101. All cancellations are subject to the Live101 Cancellation Policy. Consumers will receive any refund funds within 7 business days. If an artist uses their own contract rather than the one given by Live101, the Live101 Terms & Conditions and cancellation policy shall govern.
