Refund and Cancellation
We do not provide return & refund policy, however if the artist accept the services and is not satisfied with live 101 services then artist may opt for cancellation of the membership. Such cancellation of membership should be within a period of 30 days from its membership/acceptance and or agreeing to the services of live101. If artists desire to cancel his/her/its membership within a period of 30 days then artist is entitled for refund of money after deducting ___ which are nominal fees for cancellation of membership. Upon your request for cancellation of membership Live101 shall Refund the fees after adjusting the nominal deduction and refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days
Once we receive your email on email@example.com for cancellation and refund, we will scrutinize and evaluate the transaction. After approval refund will be initiated. Refund amount is calculated by deducting ___% from your original payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Refunds will be issue to the same payment method which were used at the time of acceptance of live101 services.

Termination of Service
Further you shall not be allow to use services of any other competitive company or entity for period of 1 year from the date of the termination and if it is found to be in breach you are liable to pay a sum of Rs10 lakhs as and by way of compensation.
Further you shall not in any manner misuse the information of live101 to any other platform or defame live101 in any manners, failing which necessary actions will be taken against you.
